The "Keep Me Safe" project: Project Results Through the Eyes of Parents and Teachers

In 2024, the team at the "MriyDiy" Educational Foundation implemented the "Keep Me Safe" project in collaboration with Fondazione Terre des Hommes Italia and with the support of the Italian Agency for Development Cooperation. The initiative aimed to overcome learning losses and address the emotional vulnerability of children affected by the war.
Key Milestones:
1,900+ children received educational support in Ukrainian language, mathematics, and soft skills.● 400 children received individual stationery kits for learning.● 160 teachers were engaged and underwent specialized training. Surveys were conducted among parents and educators to evaluate the impact of the initiative.
Key Survey Findings:
● 81% of parents reported a significant improvement in their children's knowledge.● 93% of parents highly praised the interaction with teachers.● 98% of educators rated the program as effective or highly effective.● Participants noted an increase in children's motivation, confidence, and psychological well-being.
The "Keep Me Safe" project has become more than just an educational initiative—it has served as a vital pillar of support for children and parents during challenging wartime.
