Multi-Year Resilience Programme
The Multi-Year Resilience Programme is aimed at supporting and restoring education in the context of war. The program ensures equal access to quality education for children and adolescents in five conflict-affected regions: Sumy, Poltava, Dnipropetrovsk, Zaporizhzhia, and Odesa.
Our goal is to provide 3rd-grade teachers with ready-made, high-quality learning resources and tests in the Ukrainian language and mathematics for online, offline, and blended learning, easing the process of bridging learning gaps for students.
Educational Materials
We provide teachers with learning resources in the Ukrainian language and mathematics for the 3rd grade, fully aligned with the State Education Standard. These materials are developed by our methodologists and adapted for online, offline, and blended learning formats.
Mentorship Support
Teachers are organized into small working groups, meeting with mentors on a monthly basis. Mentors assist in integrating catch-up materials into the curriculum and provide feedback, including evaluating the effectiveness of the resources based on student responses.
Student Progress
We provide baseline, midterm, and final testing to track students' retention and mastery of the material. The testing is integrated into the NUS (New Ukrainian School) methodology, helping educators adjust their teaching according to students' needs.
Teacher Support
Teachers receive ready-to-use materials and tests, alongside a safe environment to share experiences, reflect, and receive support. Methodologists and mentors guide them in utilizing online resources, share best practices, and help resolve practical classroom challenges.
